Service-Based Projects

For custom service projects such as brand development, advertising campaigns, or content creation, refunds are evaluated based on the stage of completion:

  • Projects in the initial consultation phase: Full refund available
  • Projects with completed deliverables: Partial refund based on work completed
  • Completed projects: No refund available, but revisions may be offered

Technical Issues
